Thanks for the congratulations Chase.
Over the course of this game, or conversations were mostly flirting. I don't think we ever got past our basic flirting, and we definitely didn't talk any game. I think this was on both of us because I never knew what to say to you, and you never really approached me about anything. I've heard from a lot of people that you were "cool as a cucumber" the whole game, but honestly you were a non-entity to me. Obviously I was wrong about you because you were playing a lot more than you let on. Lol yes our flirting was quite horrible, wasn't it?? I mean, I literally was happy to find out we weren't on the same tribe
It was awkward as hell since I hate relationships that are just solely based on flirt/lame sex jokes #_# You shoulda told me you were a gay dude
I never talked game with you because I was fine with sticking to Ellis as I felt secured and I hate making deals when I know that I won't stick to it.
Here is my question for both of you. I want you to relate each member of the Jury to an actual Survivor player. I want to see gifs, and I want a description of why you picked that player. Please describe how big of a threat you saw each Jury member and any personal thoughts about them. I really want to get a taste for how you saw each person because I don't know either of you as well as I know the rest of the Jury.I'm just gonna say please go easy on me with this as I'm not really a fan of survivor even though I love playing survivor ORGs. I've only seen like 5 seasons unlike our survivor wikipedia Ryan
Ellen - Kim.
This game was like we were actually in the season of One World. I chose Kim for Ellen because Kim had everyone wanting to go to the end with her despite the fact she was the biggest threat. Kim controlled everything, people listened to her and she was good at challenges. It sounds like I'm describing Ellen
I recognised Ellen as the biggest threat but because I thought she was more loyal to me, I wasn't going to do anything about it even though I stated in my confessional the best move would be to blindside her.
I love Ellen. I mean at times she did make go "dafuq" because the things she says to people are sometimes awkward and come across a bit fake. I know I questioned a lot about the sincerity but I do realise that she's just a loving girl. She has a great personality and can talk about anything. I love that in an ally and that is why she was my favourite person in the game.
Carly - Christina.
I compare Carly to Christina (from OW) because I felt that Carly was mainly used for a vote. I feel she was very out of the loop at times and definitely relied on Ryan too much. At the F4, we had a discussion how the vote was basically me or her. I also said we needed eachother to make the finals and that I would vote with her this round. She told Ryan and Ellen what I said but thankfully I didn't say too much and played it off that I didn't want her to vote for me
Christina at the F4 bascially did nothing to stay.
I didn't find Carly a threat at all. I know I was more likeable and stronger in challenges than she was so I never felt threatened.
I didn't talk to Carly that much privately. Most of our communication was via the chat. I think she is a nice girl and can be super funny at times. She's random that's for sure.
Ben - Kat.
I think Ben is like Kat because both were fun and became threats to win the game because the jury liked them. Also they both were blindsided
I didn't find Ben that threatening until the end. I thought me/Ben/Carly needed eachother to have a chance to win when Ellis made F6 but things changed and Ben then became the biggest threat to actually win the game because he had such good jury management for being so likeable <3
I love Ben so much. He is such a blast and the chat was never boring when he was in it. He was so graphic at times but I didn't mind because it was hilarious. Ben knows how to make people laugh and I definitely got some more wrinkles around my eyes/mouth thanks to him
Dominic - Malcom.
I think Dominic was a lot like Malcom. He was a threat, had an idol and was super likeable. People wanted to blindside Malcom for a while just like they did for Dominic and both had good chances to win the game if they made the finals.
Dominic was a huuuuuge threat. He held so much power during the tribe stages that it annoyed me. Domi basically was calling the shots and never discussed things with me which is why it annoyed me because he would just assume I would go along with it
I think because he was the leader and good at challenges it is why everyone found him threatening.
Dominic was very hilarious. From the Tina signatures to the made up stories and nicknames he came up with it... I just can't stop smiling at the thought of this. We didn't have a personal relationship but he was a good guy and I appreciate everything he did for Ellis.
Kendell - Tarzan.
This one kinda makes me giggle because Kendell was the youngest and Tarzan was the oldest in OW. But I think they were pretty similar around camp life / chat. Tarzan annoyed people around camp and Kendell rubbed people the wrong way by her antics in the chat, making it awkward at times. Plus they both were the last one remaining from their tribe [Liberty/Man].
I didn't find Kendell a threat because when we were on the same tribe and during merge, my side always had the numbers. Also people didn't seem to like her much so I knew nothing would happen.
I think Kendell was pretty cool despite being immature. I mean, it's not a bad thing because I can be just as immature and I'm almost a decade older than her, lol. It's nice to have someone around like that. Kendell had good taste in music... after all she did like Krewella <33 and she can also play "Toxic" on her tuba which would take serious skillz <33
AJ - Angie.
I compare AJ to Angie because they're both blondes... nah because both were sweethearts and super likeable. Angie had bad luck being on the Matsing tribe because they kept losing. Malcom/Denise did not want to vote her out. I think it's similar to AJ because had AJ been on a different tribe (Ellis), she would have made it further in the game. Plus people had a hard time voting her out too.
I was never on the same tribe with AJ so I didn't view her as a threat until the round she left. When Ryan was campaigning hardcore for her to stay over Dominic, I realised that she definitely had to go because I didn't want Ryan to have another alliance to fall back on.
I think AJ was a total sweetheart. We had one conversation at the start of the game before tribes happened. She definitely made an impression because I mentioned how I liked her in my confessional. I didn't mention much people at the start btw
She just seems like a cool girl and likes to get to know people personally.
Chase - Jay.
I compare you to Jay because you both were seen as threats. You also trusted the wrong person (Kim/Ellen) and got blindsided.
I didn't find you a threat personally but for some reason you threatened Dominic/Ryan/Ellen.
I know you are quite likeable because at the start, as I mentioned in my ROPs, you did rub me the wrong way but then once we talked one on one, I warmed up to you. You need to like better people in survivor man
I know, I'm not a huge fan of survivor but the people you like are so unlikeable and terrible at the game.
Leah - Kelly Purple.
I didn't watch Nicaragua but I know Kelly was basically non existent in that season. So that is why I'm comparing Leah to Kelly.
Leah was not a threat to me. We did not meet at all so she didn't exist in my game. I can't say anything personally as well due to never communicating / being on the same tribe.
I don't mean to be offensive by the way, it's just that I honestly can't say anything because I know nothing. I would expect Leah to say the same thing had she made finals / I was in the jury.
Liam - Jason.
I picked Jason only because I know both were good at challenges, lol. I don't have much to base it on. Plus I like Jason and I like Liam!
I didn't view Liam as a threat. I was only on the same tribe with him for like one round, lol.
Liam was my top 3 favourite at the start of the game. We were able to have a conversation one and one which was lovely. I liked that he could hold a conversation and I honestly wanted to be on the same tribe with him.
And just posting this because it's one of my favourite survivor moments;
And this because he's one of your faves;
Thank you Chase. Good luck with your decision!
