Alright. Well first off, Liam is out! As much as I hate to say it, I am kind of happy he is gone. He was boring to talk to, difficult to converse with, dangerous gamewise, and just not a lot of help to my game. One less Liberty person I will have to betray.
So, for this challenge, there was a lot of discussion whether we should throw it or not. MY OPINION? NO. I hate throwing challenges. it's risky and you never know what will happen. I am almost never in support of throwing challenges.
Chase on the other hand, wanted to throw it to protect whoever stayed between Liam and Kendell. He was literally asking me over and over to throw it. I was acting hesitant about this, but i told him I would throw it if he really wanted to.
Ryan also wanted to throw the challenge. Once again, I told her I really did not want to do it. Why go to judgement if we could prevent it?
I had a long chat with Chase actually. I really like Chase, he's so easy to talk to and I enjoy his company. it just sucks because I know what a big threat he is. He's good at challenges and has ties to Ellen and Dominic on the other tribe. He really wants to throw the challenge to save Kendell, vote out Carly, and keep Liberty together. However, in this situation Liberty would be down in numbers anyways, so I just don't think that's smart. He wants me to flip someone from Ellis over to us, but I know that there is no way I could do that, even if I wanted to. I told him I would be willing to make an alliance with us and a couple people from Ellis, but he wasn't too sure.
Ryan wants to throw the challenge and get rid of Chase. I think that would actually be hilarious to vote out Chase after he begged and begged to throw the challenge. Chase also suspects that either Ryan or Carly has the nullify power. So he's very smart.
But once again, I just don't think it's worth throwing a challenge. Why can't we just win and let them vote off Kendell? Heck, we might lose even if we try!
Anyways, we started out not throwing it. Chase did a couple big words and then left. Then Leah came online, and she was huge at this challenge, finding tons of long words. Ryan and I kept telling her that she could just do the whole challenge, but she insisted on sharing the words with us so we all could get points. How sweet! Chase's words were so big, though, that he'll win the clue/immunity anyways.
So yeah, Ryan and I definitely took a break this round challenge wise, but we deserve it =P Hoping we'll win this but you never know what the other tribe will pull out.

I just had a really good conversation with Carly. We finally talked strategy with each other. She wants to go the final 3 with me and Ryan. Clearly, this is a good time for her to propose that plan, since if I don't agree to it, she's clearly going home. But she's lucky that I've already formed a friendship with Ryan and I know that for my best interest, I need to stick with them.
I told her that I was worried about what would happen when it came down to final 7, and I'm with all the original Ellis people. She told me that there's no way I would be voted out, since she so badly wants to break up Dominic, Ellen and Colleen.
I've already talked to Ryan about this, but I made it sound like this plan from Carly was the first time I was hearing it. And I made sure she knew how appreciative I was of her offering me her loyalty.
I actually do trust Carly and Ryan. Maybe I am a fool to, but they should realize that I don't really have many loyal allies, and it's in their best interest to string me along. And considering I have absolutely no ties to Dominic, Ellen and Colleen, Carly and Ryan should see that I am a great tool for breaking those 3 up.
Here's the conversation I had with Carly.
[Carly] Hey so I wanted to talk to you about teaming up! [Carly] You, me and Ryan? [AJ] I would love that!! [AJ] I get along with you and Ryan waaaay better than the old Liberty people, honestly [AJ] Plus, you're my sister =P [AJ] I'm just worried that I'll be first out when it came down to like, final 7 [Carly] Did you really!!? [Carly] Why would we vote you out at 7? [AJ] Yeah, the people on Liberty were just so hard to talk to. You and Ryan are really easy to talk to and I feel so much more comfortable [AJ] Idk, I guess because all the rest of you are originally from Ellis and I'm not. It's an easy reason to get rid of me [AJ] Since I wasn't with you guys from the start [Carly] I havent talked to Dom Colleen or Ellen since round 3 [Carly] I have been on a tribe longer with you then them [AJ] Haha, that's a good point =P [AJ] I am so nervous about the fact I haven't talked to any of them [AJ] I will have to bond with them so fast [Carly] Well it is a final three [Carly] And I want you and Ryan sitting there with me [Carly] Like I feel we are merging at 9 [AJ] Is that next round? [AJ] Morgan said we were merging after this round is over [Carly] Yeah [AJ] Yes [AJ] I would love the 3 blonde girls in the end [AJ] That would be so awesome [Carly] I mean.. We can make it happen [Carly] I know thats what Ryan wants too [AJ] Really?? [AJ] You already talked to her about it? [Carly] Yupp [AJ] Awh, that's so sweet of you both!! [AJ] I really appreciate it, I know how easily you could take any of the other Ellis people so I really appreciate you guys wanting to team up with me [Carly] Im actually thinking we have to watch out for Ellen Dom and Collen [AJ] Yeah, they're probably super close by now [AJ] And dangerous [Carly] And I feel like they need a solid team to get ride of them. And us three are very capable. Were all strong, smart, and active. [Carly] Im just saying it is an option for you [AJ] Hahaha, yes, I totally am up for that [AJ] We are a better team then they are =P [AJ] Who do you want to vote off in case we lose? [Carly] I dont really care.. Leah or Chase [Carly] I dont talk to them much [Carly] What about you? [AJ] Chase is probably stronger [AJ] But if we lose, he'll have immunit [AJ] So I guess we'll have to vote for Leah [Carly] Does he? [Carly] How? [Carly] But im good with vothing Leah anyways [AJ] Because whoever gets the most points on the losing tribe wins individual immunity [AJ] If we win, he will get an HII clue [AJ] Sucks either way, but if we win it'll be better [Carly] Ya lets try and win this challenge

Week 8

WOW.....This sucks that we lose. I haven't lost in a while and it's a crappy feeling. I finally have to make a decision, and I don't like it. I've been pleasing everyone in this game so far, but now, it's time to make some enemies.
Ryan and Chase have individual immunity. It's pretty obvious that Chase and Leah are going to vote for Carly, and Ryan and Carly will vote for Leah.
So, what do I do?
If I vote out Carly, I've lost Ryan's trust. Going into a merge, she will team back up with Ben, Ellen, Dominic and Colleen. I will be back on the same page with Leah, Chase, and Kendell....but that's just 4 of us. We will be picked off one by one.
If I vote out Leah, I will feel super bad because she was so sweet the other night when she was helping Ryan and I with the challenge. She was offering to give us words so we could get points, and she said she would share the HII clue if we won and she got it. I really liked Leah at the start of the game, and then I started to not like her as much, but after that conversation I started to really like her again. If I voted her out, I also would have Chase super pissed at me, which sucks because Chase and I have a really good relationship. I'll also have Kendell on the other side wondering what the hell happened.
However, 2 people mad might be worth what I could gain from that decision. I will have solidified the Blonde Bombshell alliance with Carly and Ryan, I'll be able to reconnect with Ben at the merge, and I'll be in with a new group of people who will take me further than Kendell and Chase could. I have already been promised by Carly and Ryan that they will keep me longer than Ellen, Colleen and Dominic.
So although I would be pissing off 2 people really bad, I think it's worth taking that risk.
The question is, do I tell Chase and Leah, or blindside them?
If I tell them, I will have to deal with them yelling at me, making me feel bad, and trying to convince me otherwise. However, maybe Chase will understand, and he won't be as mad and might still be willing to have a relationship with me since I was honest with him. (a game relationship, of course...)
If I blindside them, it will be much easier on my part because I won't have to talk to them for long, but after they see the results, it will be brutal and I'll have no chance of getting Chase's trust back.
So, we'll see.

Having second thoughts....Do I REALLY want Chase mad at me? This kid is a beast at challenges, and has ties to Colleen, Ellen and Dominic. Do I really want him telling them how I need to go? Because the 4 of them could surely organize that.
I think I might just vote off Carly...

Week 8

Well, just had a nice chat with Chase and Ryan. Very interesting.
Chase approached me, and said he had a bad idea, and he needed me to confirm that it was a bad idea. His bad idea: Let's cut a deal with Carly and Ryan and vote out Leah.
I jumped on it. Could I really get Chase to agree with this idea I've had all along, and then I could avoid making him mad?! That would be fantastic.
So I talked to Chase for awhile about it. He said he was trying to get Ryan to offer him a deal, but she wasn't. He thought it was weird how Ryan wasn't scrambling.
Chase and I were discussing how we could get Ryan to bring it up first, but then out of nowhere, Ryan asks us in the big chat who we were voted out. We told her we didn't know, and she started saying how she thought it was so stupid that old tribal lines were still being considered. She said there was no way she was going all the way with Ellis.
I messaged Ryan privately and told her how it would really help me out if she could offer Chase a deal. She didn't want to, which I completely understand because there is no reason for her to offer him a deal. However, it would help me out greatly, because if Chase doesn't go for voting out Leah, then I have to on my own. The only way he will is if he feels comfortable enough with Ryan.
Ryan was not being convincing enough. I know she was doing this on purpose so she wasn't making a deal she knew she was going to go back on, but still, it put the responsibility on me to get Chase to flip. I told Chase all the reasons why I thought it was a good idea, but he just felt like Carly and Ryan would flip right back to Ellis. Chase instead wants to vote out Carly, and then try to get Dominic to flip, since Carly and Ryan have mentioned how he'll eventually need to go.
I don't think there is any chance of Dominic flipping. He's been with Ellen and Colleen since the start, and no chance of him flipping on them. Also, why the heck would he think that the original Liberty people would keep him after final 5?
I told Chase though that if his plan was to get Dominic to flip, then it would seem more reliable if we asked him to flip AFTER we voted out Leah. Then it would seem like we truly wanted to work with him, and we weren't just using him as a 5th.
Chase said he was leaning towards voting out Leah, but he still wanted to talk about it more. He is very iffy about this. But I made it simple; If we vote out Carly, we will almost 100% be picked off one by one until only Ellis people are left. But if we take this risk, sure we might still lose, but we also might gain a lot.
I hope he goes for it.
And if he doesn't...I'm still in a good position.
I just feel bad because Chase is such a nice person, and it's so sweet of him to approach me about all of this. He's awesome.

Just talked to Carly. She is totally down for talking to Chase and letting him know she's willing to work with him at the merge. She is being a lot more helpful than Ryan was, but maybe that's just her personality and the fact that she would be going home other wise. We are in the chat waiting for Chase to get online so they can talk.
I hope Carly is able to convince Chase that she is willing to keep him around at the merge. If she could do that, that would really help me out because then I won't be on my own for convincing Chase to vote out Leah.
Just a matter of time.
