Episode[307]
Well, another tribe switch, and another time that it seems that I am in the "minority". I was pretty happy when I saw the new tribes. Once again, I think the original Ellis tribe members have a huge advantage. I was a little disappointed to see Tina voted out before Chase. But I guess that had to happen eventually. It is clear that myself, Carly, and AJ will be the driving force on this new tribe. I'm so lucky to have AJ on my side. Otherwise, I would be absolutely stressed out with all of these tribe switches! In reality, I would be somewhat happy to lose this challenge. Of course, I won't throw it. I'm far too competitive for that. But it would be nice to head to Judgement and have a chance at taking Chase out of the game.
The problem is of course that AJ really just doesn't like Leah at all. I know that AJ has a relationship with Chase, and she would prefer not to vote him out before Leah. So I approached her saying that if we lose this challenge and Ellen were to join our tribe, she could be in danger because it is very possible that Ellen and Chase could have a deal. It isn't exactly manipulating AJ. It is actually somewhat of a true statement. I know that if we lost the next challenge, voted out Leah, and Ellen joined our tribe, Ellen would push for Chase to stay over AJ. It would be hard for me to protect AJ in that situation. If we lose and vote out Chase, Ellen would be up for voting out Leah since they have not yet been on the same tribe. I also know that Chase is just a huge threat to me because he had a chance to bond with my allies Ellen, Dominic, and Colleen. If there is some sort of relationship there, it is best for me to get rid of him before a merge situation. That would also mean that they would most likely want to take Chase farther than AJ, therefore ending any possibility that I can somehow squeeze her through the cracks. So in conclusion, Chase has got to go!
I feel like I always set myself up in a good position in each tribe, but I never have a chance to execute any of my plans because I keep winning. I mean, it is great being immune, but it sucks to not be able to really play the game. I'm ready! It's game on!
