I did kinda see it coming. Chase and AJ made no attempt to talk to me about the vote, and AJ's comment about forming new bonds was a pretty good giveaway. I think it was a pretty big mistake on their part, but ultimately I'm okay with it.
Fact of the matter is, as soon as I saw that we weren't taking any breaks over the holidays, I knew that I was going to be screwed. We had two tribe shuffles where I didn't really get to know anybody well, and that left a huge opening for everybody else to socialize without me.
If there's anything I'd do differently, it'd be to go ahead and dishonorably throw challenges. If we'd done that, no question, Ellis would have been decimated and we'd have had a great majority. But we made a decision as a group to play fairly, and myself, Liam, and Jonah paid the price for that.
Justin, sorry I couldn't be as fantastic as my first-round exploits led you to believe. I would have loved to give it my all, but I had to choose between family and the game, and there's no way on earth that I was going to prioritize online activities over them.
Still, though, I had a lot of fun, and thanks for having me.

Oh noes Leah! You had a decent shot at getting my vote if you made it to the end. Any idea why Chase and AJ flipped on you beyond social reasons?
Chase wasn't on the same tribe as Carly or Ryan until this round. Ryan made no attempt to strategize with me on Ellis, but we never had to vote anyone out. Seems like the original Ellis have a good chance at taking the original Liberty out.
Also, any chance you've played Survivor Chronicles?

Well, Liam, my working theory on that one is that Chase is an idiot. AJ is pretty stupid too, so I'd say it's a reasonable hypothesis.
And actually, yes. I was myself in the Disney one, didn't make the merge because Matt Bonar pulled a Cochran and betrayed our tribe for no apparent reason.

Ugh, I'll take that I was an idiot. We cut a deal with Carly and Ryan and they didn't stick to it. AJ and I did not want to vote you out, but we figured that cutting that deal was our best shot at staying alive. Didn't pan out. I'm sorry Leah :/

Ah, see, I knew that they would've told you anything to get you to keep Carly around, I just figured you guys wouldn't be stupid enough to fall for it.
If I'd been around, it would've been much easier to convince someone to flip, and I had a pretty good contingency plan for that, but I guess that's all in the past now.

That is correct! What gave it away? and who are you? I'm thinking but you didn't strike me as anyone in particular. I'm going to guess TJ, as that would be someone who has a.) been on a tribe with me. B.) was a viewer for SC6 and would know about gvse3, and C.) Isn't over the top. |
